We'll refund your money promptly and cheerfully (less the original shipping charge for non-defective items). A re-stocking charge of up to 10% may be deducted for returns of non-defective items that had FREE shipping. 

Please notify us in advance before returning anything and we'll provide packing instructions and our return shipping address or a pre-addressed UPS label.
